Q: What are the nails made out of?

A: All press-on sets are created using Gel X tips from Apres. These premium nail tips are used frequently in luxury salons and are made from 100% soft gel - not plastic! Our designs are primarily painted with high-quality gel polish from renowned brands and artists like The Gel Bottle, Nailzbydev, Apres, and Vo.tino. Many of our polishes use cosmetic-grade pigments free from harsh chemicals. We take pride in using only top-quality products in the nail industry, trusted by leading nail artists. All our nails are made by hand, to order.

Q: How do I know my nail sizes?

A: Check out our sizing page. A sizing kit is highly recommended for optimal fit. 

Q: How long do the press-on nails last?

A: The longevity of press-on nails depends on factors like your lifestyle and how well you apply and care for them. Generally, with proper application and care, they can last anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks if using nail glue, and up to 5 days if using adhesive jelly tabs.

Q: How do I order a custom design?

A: To order a custom design, please visit our custom design page and follow the instructions provided. You can specify your design preferences, colors, and any other details you want to include.

Q: What if I order my set and sizing kit at the same time?

A: If you order both a set and a sizing kit at the same time, the sizing kit will be shipped first. Once we receive your nail sizes, we will begin creating your nail set.

Q: What if I lose or break a nail?

A: If you lose or break a nail, you can order a replacement from our website. Simply visit our custom design page and specify your request for a replacement nail.

Q: How do I apply and remove my press-on nails?

A: Each set of nails comes with application instructions. Additionally, you can find detailed application and removal videos, along with helpful tips, on our Instagram page.

Q: What if I want to change something in my order?

A: Please contact us as soon as possible if you'd like to make a modification. Depending on the nature of your request, it may or may not be possible to accommodate. If the set is already in production, changes will not be accepted.

Q: Can I reuse the nails?

  • - With Adhesive Gelly Tabs: The nails can be reused up to 3-5+ times, as the tabs are easy to apply and remove.

  • - With Nail Glue: The nails can be reused up to 2+ times, depending on how well you care for them and how rough you are with your hands.

To reuse: Use a nail file to remove the glue residue on the back of the press-on nails, clean them with alcohol wipes, and they're ready to be used again!

Q: What can affect the wear of my nails?

A: Several factors can affect the durability of your nails, such as your lifestyle, the preparation and application process, and your nail care routine. For optimal results, apply your nail set just before bed to allow the glue to fully set. Avoid getting your hands wet for at least an hour after application.

When wearing press-on nails, avoid the following:

  1. Using nails as tools: Don't use your nails to open cans, pry things open, or scrape surfaces.

  2. Exposing them to water for long periods: Prolonged exposure to water can weaken the adhesive, causing the nails to lift or fall off.

  3. Using harsh chemicals: Avoid exposing your nails to strong cleaning products or acetone-based products, as these can damage the press-ons.

  4. Biting or picking at your nails: This can cause the nails to lift or peel off prematurely.

  5. Applying excessive pressure: Avoid activities that put a lot of pressure on your nails, such as heavy lifting or typing forcefully.

  6. Skipping proper removal: Do not peel or force the nails off. Follow proper removal instructions to avoid damaging your natural nails.

Q: What is included with each set?

A: Each set includes 10 nails and an application kit, which contains:

  • nail glue

  • nail file 

  • buffer

  • cuticle stick

  • alcohol pads

  • adhesive Gelly tabs

  • application instructions
