Shipping addresses cannot be changed after the order is sent. If an order is refused or undelivered due to an incorrect/incomplete address, the customer must pay another $7 shipping fee for reshipment.

Due to the personalized nature and hygiene considerations of each set, returns or exchanges are not accepted.
Cancellations are not accepted after production begins. Refunds for order transactions will have a (3.5%) deduction due to non-refundable processing fees.
Refunds or exchanges due to sizing issues are not available; ensuring proper sizing is the customer's responsibility.
Refunds are not available for lost packages. Please contact the carrier to file a claim.
